M Triangle Ranch gets most of their all-natural animals processed through Carter’s Custom Cuts in Thatcher, AZ. They are of high quality and are close to the ranch. If the buyer would like to use another processor, they can make arrangements upon ordering their beef. M Triangle Ranch will deliver beef to a processor within 100 miles for an additional fee, if buyer has another preference. The buyer will pay for processing which is determined by weight.
Below is a standard cut sheet of the different beef cuts from Carter’s Custom Cuts. It can give the customer an idea of how much each cut weighs in lbs. If the buyer prefers different cuts or preferences, they must make arrangements with Carter’s.
